Legal notices of the www.eurocoustic.com/en site:

In application of article 6 of law no. 2004-575, June 21, 2004, on trust in the digital economy, users of the EUROCOUSTIC.COM web site (hereafter the “Site”) are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and control:

Collection of personal data:

In France, personal data is protected in particular by the law no. 78-87, January 6, 1978, the law no. 2004-801, August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive, October 24, 1995.

During the use of the Site, the following information about the user (hereafter the “User”) is collected:

  • The URL of the links over which the User accesses the Site:
  • the User’s access provider,
  • the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the User,
  • the User’s operating system,
  • the User’s browser.

Eurocoustic only ever collects personal data about Users (name, e-mail address, telephone numbers) for the purposes of the services on offer on the Site. Users willingly provides this information, in particular when they enter it themselves. When browsing the Site, Users are informed of the compulsory, or otherwise, nature of the data that they may provide.

Users providing proof of their identity can ask Eurocoustic to provide the following information at the Address of the Site Owner:

  • verification of personal data about the User collected by the Site Owner,
  • information about the purposes for which this data is used,
  • information about the identity and geographical location of the recipients of this data,
  • a copy of the data provided free of charge, provided that any such requests are not inappropriate, in particular due to their repetitive and disproportionate nature.

None of the personal data about Site Users is:

  • collected without informing the User,
  • published without informing the User,
  • exchanged, transferred, supplied or sold to third parties on any media whatsoever.

Only a take-over of Eurocoustic and its rights would allow for the transmission of the said data to a buyer, which would in turn be bound by the same obligation to the Site User regarding the conservation and modification of the data.
The Site Owner is entitled to perform statistical studies and analyses of the use and the types of Users of the Site, provided that the latter remain anonymous.

Rectification of collected nominative data:

In accordance with the provisions of article 34 of the law no. 48-87, January 6, 1978, Users have the right to modify collected nominative data about them. To this end, Users send:

  • a letter to the Address of the Site Owner or an e-mail to the e-mail Address of the Site Owner,
  • with details of their name or company name, their physical and/or electronic contact details, the address of the site in question and, where appropriate, their reference as a Site member.

The modification will be made in reasonable time after the reception of the User’s request.

CNIL declaration:

The Site is not required to make a declaration to the CNIL, because it is covered by the dispensation no. 7 of Deliberation no. 2006-138, May 9, 2006, ratifying the exemption applying to processing for informational purposes.

When you use our site www.eurocoustic.com, cookies are deposited on your terminal. These cookies are used to better identify you in order to better understand you and meet your needs and expectations. This pages explains how cookies work and how they are configured.
