OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Weekly deliveries on fixed days

We deliver to our retailers every week on a specific day, from Monday to Friday depending on the location.

Short delivery times

The service class mentioned on each of our technical data sheets indicates the time required to supply the product.

For any order placed before 2.00 p.m. on Monday:

  • Class A: the products are delivered within 5 to 8 working days depending on the département (for further information, see the map of France + click on "contact us")
  • Class B: the products are delivered within 10 to 13 working days depending on the département
  • Class C: please contact us for these products.

Delivery units

  • Order unit: pack.
  • Delivery unit:
    • Minimum of 1 pallet for our metal tiles (except for Acoustipan® products)
    • Minimum of 1 pack for our grids and accessories

A la carte services

  • Worksite delivery: Products concerned: metal tiles, grids and accessories. Ask your sales assistant for the price.

  • Factory pick-up:

    • Pick-up to be requested when you place your order with the sales assistant.
    • Mandatory appointment to be made with the factory before 12.00 a.m. the day before loading. Pick-up is only permitted on Wednesday and Thursday.
